Most business owners struggle with one thing that seems easy on the surface…

 

How do you get your team to FOLLOW THE PROCESS?

 

For example, Darren is the owner of multiple dog hotels.

 

One day, he told me he was frustrated that his team would not consistently follow the processes in his business.

 

As a result, mistakes were frequent (risking the health of the dogs), team members were inefficient (increasing costs) and he was required to be on hand EVERY DAY to deal with issues.

 

 He wanted to know… What should he do? Should he give up trying to get people to follow the process? Are the people the problem? Does he need to fire people? Is his business unusual? Why won’t people just do things right?
