Not true!
As a business owner, you inevitably end up:
Talking to customers
Seeing what works and makes them smile
Seeing what doesn’t work and makes them frown
Repeating the steps that make them smile
Removing the steps that make them frown
You do the same in every other area of your business. You ask for more of what works, and less of what doesn’t.
This is what being process oriented is all about!
The issue is making it scale, so others with less experience can get the same results.
